plan change

I upgraded to another plan and it has not changed on my account yet.  How do I confirm it was changed and is active.

@sforti3r  as @gblackma  mentioned, if you selected Change Now, then you just need to relogin your self-service. If Change on New Renewal was selected, then, it will be changed at your plan renewal date. 2nd option is more preferable if you want to save some $.

@sforti3r log out of your self service account, log back in and go to my plan section. If its not there, then you chosed change on next renewal. Stay safe.

If you chose "Change plan now" you will not receive any credit from your current plan as opposed to "Change on next renewal date"

Did you do immediate or postponed change?

If you did postpone change you can click on the plan details and it will show the date that the change will take place and the name of new plan

If immediate you just first put money on the account and the plan must be different. It should happen right away and the details of new plan should be in the my plan details page

If you want to renew early (switch to same plan today) you must contact moderators
