Hi,

I’m currently using the $29/month plan. Would it be possible for me to switch to the $35/month Canada–US–Mexico plan to try it out and see how the signal works for me?

If I find that it doesn’t suit my needs, would I be able to switch back to the $26/month 20GB plan afterward?

Public Mobile has made it difficult to downgrade once you've got a more expensive plan.

Chances are you probably can’t switch back to your old plan.

I would suggest you login to your account then under Subscription>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription. Those are the only plan you are eligible to switch to.
