pin number not accepted at payment

I purchased $25 pin number entered not accepted.

I purchased $40 pin number entered by kids not accepted.

Each receipt for money says card activated so it appears to rang through ok your site not accepting. Purchaed 8/13th/20 due Aug 27/20 on P Mobile.

Pay With A Payment Voucher dial 611 from your device.

  1. Press 1 from the main menu.
  2. Press 1 to select payment via voucher.
  3. Enter the 12 digit pin from your payment voucher. The location of the PIN varies depending on where you purchase your voucher; however, you will typically find it on the top or the bottom of your receipt. Below is an example, so you know what to look for:

If it's still an issue then submit a ticket to PM include the PIN numbers and ask them to add them into your account.

@tlkyle132 some vouchers take up to 24 hours to become active. The pin number is usually a 12 digit number on the receipt.  Try entering them from within your self service account. Through either of these 2 places. 20200715_105625.jpg

 If this fails take a snapshot of the 2 vouchers and contactt he moderators and ask them to add them for you.

  • Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Click here to get started.
  • Slower- Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password.  Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.

- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen.  The mods answer will show up there.  When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

@tlkyle132 hi have you tried by dialing *611? if yes then try in your self serve account if all else fails contact the moderators ask Simon the robot  here to speak to a human to generate a ticket    check envelope top right for a response they usually reply between 2-48 hours
