I transferred my exist phone number to public mobile my phone is working but I'm not received any call every call goes to voice mail.

@AB59 - if this was a cell number from another provider did leave the old SIM card in the phone to reply to the port approval SMS and respond back 'yes' to?
If you have activated a new account and transferred over from another provider, note that incoming calls are usually the last to port over.
When the incoming calls stop on the previous provider’s SIM card and/or landline/voip account, that is a good indication the port is complete.
If still issues, submit a ticket with Public Mobile representatives (CSA) for help; click this link: to request the transfer of your number over to Public Mobile.

Put your old carrier's sim back in. Calls go to old carrier if porting didn't fnish.

Try rebooting your phone by holding down the power button then power off and wait for 2 minutes then power the phone back on.
