I recently got new Debit Card Number...Public Mobile tried today to take payt using OLD NUMBER ...wouldnt go through....they suspended service
I tried to sign to Public Mobile online..clicked on 'forgot password'.. that continued then they ask 'ANSWER TO SECURITY QUESTION'
I do N O T know the answer
THEN THEY SAY:
WE WILL SEND YOU A TEXT.., use that CODE for security question
BUT I CAN N O T RECEIVE THEIR TEXT BECAUSE PUBLIC MOBILE
HAVE SUSPENDED MY SERVICE !!!!!
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW
I can give ublic Mobile my new Debit Card Number???

Please remove your phone number from public forum. You may want to start your own topic and specific question.
If you can't reset your password, then you will need to contact moderator.
To contact moderator via 2 methods:
Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

@fiddler click on the ? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator request password reset check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours
