hello
trying to use my phone to call out or receive. It says my service are temporarily suspended.
the payment for this comes out of my bank account. August payment came out. Sept it says today.
It is saying my balance is zero.
Can someone check this out

could be just a system glitch, Reboot the phone and try again
and try checking My Account again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
