iv been try for several hours to apply mynew credit card # i can't seem to do it. this on line phone service sucks

using the mobile app seems to be the best.
If that fails; log in to the app > Support and scroll down to find Chat with an Agent to start the process to get their help.

Clear cache and try again. If you'd try alot already today, don't try again until tomorrow or you will be locked out.
If your phone is not currently working and you cannot wait any longer, buy a voucher from shoppers drug mart and apply it to your account.
