I paid my bill and my services arent working. Why?

Does your payment show it was paid here and then your credit card or bank shows the transaction as posted?

There may have been an issue with the payment and it didnt actually go through.

There have been issues with the payment system for a while now. It's up and down often. The two options you have for now is to go to a Shoppers Drug Mart and pick up a voucher then dial 611 to upload the payment. That will at least get you going. Then reach out to a CS Agent to add the card for you.

@Jojo007  Have you tried rebooting the phone ? If account is activate and you have no services and reboot didn’t help .
