How do I now add money to my account. It’s always been easy now it’s ridiculous

@Karen61in you account hit payment tab and add funds . Also you can 611 if you remember the 4 digit PIN number

@Karen61 - do you have a registered credit card on your account? Log into My Account and add it, or call 611 to add funds that way.

@Karen61 just login My Accoun.  Go to Payment page, click add fund.  A Chatbot window will open and just follow the steps
