Try to do as guys suggested.
It it fails first time, try using different browser or use incognito mode. It it fails again, wait 1-2 hours. It it fails Again, contact agent for assistance. If you try too many times to update CC info you might trigger fraud lock and then only agent can help you out.

@sandrazemlak just login to each account, go to the Payment page, click Manage Payment Method, then click Update Card Information. There, you can update the credit card info

Login to each account and change the card.
