Customers should have never been trying to put a space in the postal code. I can say that's pretty much univerasal for most online shioppping websites. The Public Mobile systems no longer allow the customer insert a space.

If you have self-serving PM account you should be able to add CC by yourself.
Clear your browser's cache & cookies or use incognito mode
Log-in to My Account
Select ‘Payments’
Select ‘Manage Payment Method’
Select "Manage Your Card"
Select "Update Card Information"
Type your address exactly as from your billing statement
Don't use a space in the postal code
Use ALL CAPS if necessary
Type everything, not letting autofill complete any fields

Log into your self-serve account go to payments go to manage payment methods and you can update your card there
