 @estherlai : Then that's why you were charged $11. All seems good. You used a referral and got $10. You chose autopay at activation and got $2. You renewed and got the $2 for autopay.

Did you just have your first renewal on autopay with the $15 plan and no bonus referral credit or the $25 plan with the $10 bonus referral credit ? $11+$1.32 tax=$12.32?

Edit: $10+$2+$2 autopay rewards=$14 credit.

Looks like you got charged $11 in BC. Is this your first renewal after activating checking autopay?
