Did you already try giving some time for the system to adjust the changes?
If you are still unable to make the payments with changed address, you can submit a ticket to a moderator as a specific concern.
Go to "Public mobile bot " bubble icon at the bottom right-hand corner and type "moderator". Next, click on Account-specific question.
Then from the replies, choose No, I need a human now.
Then click on the link to submit a ticket.
There you can put specific issue details and a moderator will get back to you.

@tammylpatterson Were you able to add your CC with the correct address? Sometimes systems take a bit to update changes. Try using incognito/private browsing mode and see if that works.

Did the self serve website accept the changes to your card/billing infromation? I am thinking that you could be trying to make a payment with the billing informaiton as one address but the credit card company could be expecting the other address.
