Hi. I'd like to know why my billing cycle date has moved from the 5th of the month to the 30th of the month before? You did not ask if this was okay nor did you inform me of any change. You just decided to move it forward by a day a month over the past several months and even cut off my phone when there weren't funds in my account because you decided to try to take funds 4 days early!
Please move payment back to the 5th of each month and leave it there!

p.s. I see you're doing the same thing with my wife's account; you used to collect payment on the 23rd of the month and have now moved that up to the 16th of the month. Please move it back and do not adjust again.

PM payment period is 30 DAYS not one Month

@Stenchgiblets Remember public mobile plans are every 30 days not monthly so for that reason the renewal date moves up and down every other month
