login My Accoung ,go to Payment, Manage Subscription and click Manage Payment method to update the card
if account already suspended, after you added the card, you have to make a payment here:https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
@terryking sign in your My Account and go to Payment.
