my payment did not go through, it has been coming out monthly on my credit card but for some reason the one in January did not. Nothing changed on my card and I have funds. I have tried making a payment and it's not taking it. I am not sure what is happening and it would be grand if I could talk to someone

I don't have a question but I feel it's important to post this. I was having issue with my automatic credit card payment and was not able to make a payment. I thought it was an issue with public mobile but all along, the problem was with my credit card company. As soon as the issue was corrected with them (my card was on old as they suspected a fraudulent activity) I have no issue making the payment and I am now good to go. Thank you to the 2 people who took time to respond with suggestions on how to solve my problem.

Hey! Sometimes the problem is with your bank, they may stop the payment from going through safety fraud related reasons sometimes. Has happened to me many times with recurring payments even if I had them forever. If you can try calling the Card company and see if they can help!

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
This is the full list of retails that you can buy vouchers. Vouchers in some stores need to wait 24 hours, but vouchers from Shoppers and Loblaws can be redeemed immediately:
