if your plan already suspended and you have trouble logging in My Account, or problem with updating the card, you can also pay by voucher

Get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or London Drug or gas station, then you can load the voucher on My Account or App or *611

Hi, did you try to update the new cc number yet? 

Clear cache on and log in again. .You may have to log in with secret mode. Then try this link.

you can do it youself, just login My Account, Payment, Manage Subscription , Update Card information and update the card there
