payment not working

I got a text this morning(the day my payment was due) and it told me that my plan did not renew due to they did not recieve payment.  The credit card has money on it, its not out of date.  But there is still an error saying that something went wrong when I click complete payment.  Is the service down or is it something on my end

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

We are currently working on resolving an issue impacting our payment registration system. Our teams will have a fix asap. If you need to make payment urgently, try using desktop instead of mobile or tablet.

I think that happened to me before and it was just a glitch message. My plan did renew and I did not have any service interruptions. If your phone is still working, I would just wait and see if you get the “Thank you for your payment!” texts. If your phone stops working, then submitted a ticket and they should deal with it fairly quickly.

@Celina1 , the text notification information appears to be inaccurate.  I receive notification I had insufficient funds to renew but the renewal works as expected.  Is your self serve account in active status?
