I have been a public mobile user for years, have been on autopay with the same credit card for years. Today my service was cut off for no reason. Tried to pay just what was owed via credit card and it wont accept my payment - it says it cant verify my card number. So I removed the card and tried to regist another credit card, but still unable to verify my card information. Not sure what to do it they wont accept my credit card.

@vicsiyu Unfortunately you found out the hard way that on occasion Auto-Pay will fail and as a result will suspend your account. It's possible that a cc lock was triggered on your account as a result of the multiple attempts to rectify the problem.
Best to submit a ticket to PM ask them to remove the lock and fix the Auto-Pay glitch. To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking here or the icon (bottom right of your screen).
If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team

@vicsiyu That happens sometimes. Contact mods and explain your situation. For future payments, better pay manually and don't rely on Autopay. For now, you can buy and pay through vouchers.

@vicsiyu hello try contacting a moderator you can do so by clicking the question mark at the lower right corner,to avoid going around in circles with Simon say that you want a human to speak to, a ticket will then be generated briefly mention your issue, you should get a response between 2 to 48 hours a reply should show up in your little envelope in the top right corner

Try in incognito mode, clean cache

If you must restart your plan asap you can also get a voucher at recharge.com or ding.com
You can also get vouchers on gas stations, I'm not sure how long it takes for them to be active
