payment and add-ons

Hi,

I got $40 plan. I have autopay which means $2 off , loyalty ( I am using public mobile more than 1 year) which is $1 off, I refer to one of my friend which means $1 off. the total on next bill should be $36, but it showing $40. Which is not right!

one more question, I am going to states next week. I want my ph roaming free, do I need to add-on?

If your stay is longer then 10 days, you may want to consider getting a prepaid sim from a ussa carrier once your in the usa. They tend to have better value for the money the the 10 day add-on. Just remember to put your PM sim back in when you cross back into Canada..

@Amanlalia  Don't worry the discounts will be applied during your next plan renewal so you will only get charged $36 plus tax.

@Amanlalia When it comes to the timing of the U.S. roaming add-on, do not purcahse it until the day that you are going to there. The roaming add-on takes effect immediately after purchase, meaning that the 10 days starts getting used up right away.

It will not show in the overview page, it just tells you how much you will need to put on the account by the time renewal covers along.

What will be put on your account due to rewards is displayed in the rewards section. That is given to you around midnight.

Overview page doesn't care where the amount comes from, just how much

When you buy add-on you need to first have enough money for it on your account, you can withdraw it now, but you should purchase it on the day when you are leaving as the clock will start ticking that moment

@Amanlalia it will show $40 on the overview page. On the cycle renewal date. The bill will first be reduced by your $4 rewards to $36 and your credit card will be charged $36 + applicable taxes.

@Amanlalia hi the rewards aren't applied to the available funds right away. on your plan renewal date, the system will factor in the rewards. you can verify this in your "view payment history"

yes you will need to purchase a roaming addon. roaming add-ons only last for 10 days from the date of purchase so make sure to purchase it on the day of.
