Do you still have services? If yes, this could be your account going through the normal renewal process.

The SELF SERVE account can say "expired" or "suspended" on the day of or before your plan is due to renew.

So if this is the case, ignore these messages on your SELF SERVE account.

 

 

If you have no services, and it is past your renewal, maybe your autopay failed?

Follow other's suggestions to get activated again.

 

If this was an Autopay failure, I would let the Customer Support Agents (CSA) know.

And, also ensure all rewards were or will be provided to you.

you have to Contact Customer Support Agent by  , and Explain your issue to 
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

and they will Reset for you,

If your account was not activated for more than 90 days…your account is cancelled.

If less, just follow @Anonymous instructions.

 @RL368257 : When was the last payment made? You can use the 611 service and if you have a pre-registered payment card and your 4 digit PIN you can make a payment. Or buy a voucher in many stores or online and redeem it through the 611 service (no 4 digit PIN needed). Or you can use the Instant Top-up method in a few stores.
