pay with a prepaid PIN

Hello,

I have tried to register with my sim card number and couldn't pay because of my debit card, I then went to a store and bought an activation pin, however now I try to do the process again, the website says that my sim card number is used by someone else and I have to try again in 50min. What can I do ?

@maureen2304 May be you have already activated your SIM card. You can try dial *611 and see if you can punch in the voucher for payment.
