Note PM no longer accepts American Express.
Where did you get the info on that "PM is no longer accepts American Express"?
I use my AmEx on 5 of my PM accounts.

@gblackma wrote:@NDesai So, you are saying that if I reply and realize that it may not be relevant that it should be left there for you to point it out? Why?
There is a scratch feature that will make your text look like this. You can use that to sratch what you said and correct the post. Erasing the entire thing and adding something new is not the way.

ok, thanks

@gblackma Just be careful on how you edit your posts. If you are trying to reserve the first reply quickly by saying just relevant things and then edit it later, that's not cool. Sure you can edit grammar errors or something you forgot to add/correct, but don't alter the entire post.
This is what i saw in your reply:
@amaury1 Did you sign up for autopay? thanks

@amaury1 Best to submit a ticket and ask PM to change the email to the correct one.
To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking the icon below:
If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team

You can setup autopay if you have a credit card or Visa debit card.

Also you can purchase vouchers and call 611 or use recharge.com.
