Are you entirely sure you're using the correct e-mail address with the Forget Password feature?
To be sure, check your most frequently used e-mail accounts and search bar for 'Public Mobile' to see if you get any hits. The one which returns results is very likely your Public Mobile username e-mail address.

Clear cache and go incognito on your browser on a laptop or desktop computer.
