Hello,
I am trying to reset my password, but my email is locked out,so I can not reset by myself. Can you please help me access my account and help me reset my password.

@yvon0215 if you need to open a ticket with mod to rest the password, you can try this to get to the ticket opening screen quicker:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot:
type: Fogot log in information
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click her to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
There, you will be prompted to enter COMMUNITY Login (NOT My Account/Self-Serve) to validate your identity,

If your password reset does not work, you will need Moderator help.
To contact the Public Mobile Moderator_Team, there are two methods to reach them:
1 - Faster - Click the bubble comment circle on the bottom right-hand side of your screen,

Sometimes you can wait another one hour and attempt to reset your password again.

(Check your junk folder)
If that does not work, you will need to contact moderator.
Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: I can't log in. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
