"The other account"? PM only charges the only card in your only self-serve account (Unless you have 2 PM accounts, which means the issues are entirely separated)?

@Mars60, take a look at the payment history in the online account. Add taxes to the payment and try to reconcile that against your payment card statement.

Sounds like an issue for your bank to assist with. Public Mobile should only be charging one payment, to one credit card/debitvisa.
