Hello,
I just discovered I got charged twice recently: once on April 29th and again on April 30th. I tried opening a ticket to talk to a customer service rep but the link the bot gave me doesn't work. Can someone please contact me so that I can get this resolved?

Was one of those a normal renewal charge? Did you do a change plan at the time?

@Mickey2006 how much was it overcharged?
Can you log into My Account and check the Payment history and confirm if the transactions around April 30th were correct?
And remember, any charge you see there are pre-tax amount. PM will add tax on top of it when they charge your CC. So, it 8s NORMAL you see a slightly highly amount there.
Also, after a charge and if the amount was not used, it will show you the amount is loaded as Available Fund, and could be used afterwards, like the follow renewal and lower that other payment instead. So, canfirm if was the case.
