Hi
The payment history on Public Mobile don't add up with my credit card payments!
I am frustrated because I want to talk to a human to explain the difference, can't even submit a ticket (yes, I cleared all data and and and), I am very tempted to switch to a more transparent company - help

you’ll get to a response probably quicker and clearer by posting the screenshot of the areas that differ
it’s very likely the plan amounts split into its components plus the associated taxes that might be causing you some level of confusion

The billing system in my account can be somewhat confusing. It does not include taxes that need to be paid. If you feeling comfortable, maybe copy and paste your payment history and we can help with interpretation.
