I was charged twice for my subscription today and would like to be credited back the 16.65

If you really need the refund, just private message them on the envelope icon on your computer but it may take up to 30 days to process.
Otherwise, the extra charge will remain in your account as credit to pay for next month’s bill.

Log into self service and see if the extra payment is in Available Funds. If yes, just leave it there and it will be used automatically on your next renewal, otherwise contact an agent.
