today i try to order sim card it keeps say my credit card is decline however i see the payment transaction is processing step (vertifing) on the credit card it is weird dont know why is that

Do you have paypal? I just ordered 3 cards at separate intervals, no issues whatsoever. It will also tell you right away if this is an issue with your card, or the public mobile cc processing.

You might want to contact your credit card company to see if there is an issue on their end. 

Otherwise, since website is finicky, you can try different web browsers, clearing cache or going incognito mode.
