My husband has switched to Public and we are having a difficult time getting his online account set up. It keeps saying phone number invalid. He received his welcome text without difficulty so I don't understand. Is there a 24 hour waiting period or something?

@J1T1- Don;t forget to 'buy' your FREE 2GB of data & FREE long distance minutes. Just go to Purchase Add-ons from your self serve account, and they are listed with a price of $0.

Did you sign up at home? If you did a self service account would have been created. Go to link below and sign in with email and password.
