Hey @nebo123,
I'm sorry to hear about this,
Can you please send me a private message with your Public Mobile phone number? I will be glad to look into this for you.

@nebo123 I moved your post to create a new thread. This looks like a new problem not your old one.
Suggest you log into your self serve account and see if it says "Active" or "Suspended", and if the plan is correct.
Also when did you last make a payment and what do you have a 30 0r 90 day plan?
Let us know.
*** Just noticed your earlier post, so I merged this with it.

Ok, just checking. The moderators will almost certainly beat that response time.

Hi @nebo123, that would certainly be frustrating.
Have you tried either erasing your browser cache or trying a different browser? Bit of a long shot, but sometimes it works.
Failing that, think the best thing to do is get one of the moderators involved, when they are back online tomorrow. Hopefully they can get it working, but if not they can enter a support ticket and if you have an immediate payment need, they can probably handle a manual transaction for you too. @Shazia_K @Mary_M
Good luck!
