1 Log into your Self Serve Account
2 Select "Plans and Add-ons"
3 Select "Change Phone Number"
4 Choose either (i) 'select a new phone number' or (ii) 'transfer a number'

It is in the "Plans and Add-Ons" tab - One of the sub-tabs allows you to change your phone number

Just so you know, you can only change your number once every 30 days.
Your phone number from public mobile can be change just once every 30 days but you can port a phone number when you want.

@Louise_60 In your self-serve account under My Profile there is a link that says Change Number click that and either port a number from another company or choose a new number.
Just so you know, you can only change your number once every 30 days.
