855 4782542 and select "resolve an issue" option, there is no such option! I was asked to provide the reseller's name but who and where do I provide this information? Thanks.

A little more detail needed here. Did you just sign up with PM ? Did you try to port over a previous number ?

That's the toll-free line for support while in the US, for Public Mobile.
As there's no call centre now (for regular use) it sounds like you'll need to deal with the Moderator_Team. Send them a private message.
