Check your payment card. When was the last charge from Public Mobile? Within the last 30 days?

hi @4dreamers maybe Autopay failed to kick in?
call 1-855-4PUBLUC and enter your number, the system will tell you if you account really suspended from payment issue
if it is suspended, you cam pay while you are on that phone number of you know the 4 digits account pin or you can login My Account to pay
