number change error

I have been trying to change my number and for the past 2 hours keeps saying there an error message that pops up how do i fix this?

The site can be finicky. Try clearing cache and cookies and opening an incognito tab.
Then try again.
Many users have found success using a completely different browser on a completely different device.

@Newhal2000 When you click on Plan Details under Account Status/Change Plan in your self serve account, do you see the new number or still the old one. Sometimes the change takes an half hour or so. Also try rebooting your phone and try calling your previous number or the new number from another line if possible.
Otherwise try clearing all your cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode or another browser before retrying to change your number again. PM permits 4 number changes for free within 30 days.
