he does not remember his password

my father lost his phone and he is trying to log in and can only recover the account through email and the verification code repeatedly is not received by email

@laurakociuba  Can you explain more about what you are trying to do?  Are you an existing customer and this suddenly happened, are you signing up for a new account?   If you are unable to log in to an existing account have you tried "didn't get the code" to get it send by email?  If you can log in by email check the phone number and email in your Eversafe profile.  Are you trying to get the SMS to port out of Public Mobile or email confirmation of a port in?
