I have put a new SIM and I am not able to download the app, how can I activate my number

Do you not see the app in your app store? Is your app store's region set to Canada?

You can only activate a SIM with the PM app. If you phone can’t download the app. I would suggest you have a friend or family download the app on their phone and activate the SIM. Once activated, delete the app on their phone and you can manage your account online.

@Kamma Do you know why you can't download the app? No access to wifi, wrong country association, incompatible phone? Have you got to the payment stage before downloading the app?
