Changes made to "my account" online are very frustrating and non functional. Chatbot is useless and, to date, submitting tickets has got me nowhere. I guess the easiest thing for me to do is simply let my subscription run out. But, wait. I was registered for the auto pay. However, it would appear (per new system) that I am not registered for auto pay.
I use my phone to send and receive text messages and to make and receive phone calls. Now and again I use it to check the time. I had no complaints until they made these changes to online accounts. Nothing but problems when I try to access and check my online account.

As I stated earlier. The easiest thing for me to do is simply discontinue my auto pay. I can easily do that by contacting my payment card's customer service. The customer service at PM is non existent. I've got better things to do with my time than frustrating myself with PM's lack of care for its customers. Don't need them. Don't want them.

I can't believe the lower end plans were removed... hmmm interesting choice. I believe the customers that are going to be migrating to pm will be mainly data users

@Butch7904 - updates here have been a challenge with changes. Are you able to log into My Account at all? If not, where do you get the issue/message?
