Yesterday I got my SIM card, I followed all the instructions. The only hiccup being I registered the SIM and set up an account before actually getting my phone unlocked from Telus. I tried resetting my network settings, doing a factory reset, restarting the phone after everything but it's still saying no service.

Is there anything else I can try?

I checked if it was compatible before even getting tge SIM card. 

 

I tried the lost phone thing just now and it didn’t work. I also tried the SIM in a different phone and there was still no service

@bgWillisIf you are currently in Quebec there has been service outages there for the last day.

If you are not in Quebec, check your phone on https://willmyphonework.net/ and make sure it's compatible with Public Mobile. Then try going into your account, report your phone as lost/stolen, log out, wait 5 minutes, log in and report it found, then restart your phone. If it's still not working try the SIM in another phone and see if it works.
