I don't understand why I have no minutes left and what to do to fix it

@Susanjean  In your account subscriptions add on page and choose the correct long Distance add on you need

I have a $40 monthly plan with unlimited Canada wide messaging and unlimited international texts. I tried to call long distance earlier today and the automated voice said I did not have minutes

@Susanjean  Long distance ? Meaning not in Canada on the $40 plan you would have Canada wide calling but if your trying to call another country you would need appropriate long distance add on

@Susanjean  Can you log into your account and confirm the plan your on if you have the $15 plan that doesn’t include unlimited mins . If that’s the case you can pay $5 for 500 CAN wide booster mins
