My plan includes unlimited incoming calls, but in the last 2 weeks, no calls are coming in and no incoming texts as well . I can make outgoing calls. Please let me know what the issue might be

If you ported your phone number to PM 2 weeks ago, your port must be stuck. Send a private message to moderator team for support.

Just for your info what is happening after you initiated the prorting process:
Number porting is a 2 stage process:
Stage 1. After submitted your porting request, PM set up your old number on your PM account. Login to your account. Select the [Plan and Add-Ons] tab. Is your old number showing on the [Plan and Add-Ons] page?
If yes, PM has done its work to setup your old number for you to call out, send text and data.
If no, you should create a support ticket for moderator to investigate. Moderator wait time is from couple of hours to couple of days.
Stage 2. Now, you are waiting for your old provider to release your number to PM. Not until your old provider release your number, all the incoming calls and texts will continue to go to your old provider. You can continue to use the old provider SIM card until it stops working which is the indication that your number was released to PM.

@vmarks1 When you activated your account did you port in your number from another provider? If a port does not complete then you will not be able to receive calls or texts.

@vmarks1 , have you confirmed active status for your account? By chance have you enabled some sort of block on incoming messages and calls on your phone? What model of phone are you using?

Try rebooting your phone. Also try making your phone lost in your self serve account then wait 5 minutes and mark it found. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right corner.
