no field for city of Burnaby

Hi - I live in Burnaby BC but the Account Info page does not include Burnaby in its drop-down and when I type it in, it says my address is invalid. Can anyone help please?

A receipt from Public Mobile can't be used to verify address/identity.  This information was never checked to begin with when the customer signed up.

@ken1025   PM is a prepaid provider, so most serious business will NOT accept Public Mobile's invoice as a valid verification source , since prepaid provider will not validate address when setup.

So, you will probably need other invoices for this validation purpose anyway

PM only have major cities so pick Vancouver. They don’t even have the 2nd largest city (Surrey) in Metro Vancouver.

Ah true. Seems an odd oversight though! Third largest city in the province. However, I will not fret about it!

Public Mobile doesn't mail things out to customers, but even if they did, it would get delivered just fine as shipping companies go by the postal code.

Please pick Vancouver from the list.  The Public Mobile Self Serve website does not allow city names to be manually typed in and unfortunately, the city lisn't complete.
