asked support and when I can get access to my tickets without receiving errors, support says I should buy a new phone. My wife has the same phone and PM plan, same location same variety of cell bands tested, her's works my does not. Facepalming here. Do better

try reboot phone and reset network settings
try your sim on another phone.
