no Service after setting up

Its been 3 hours I have no service.? What do I need to do get ativated.

There may very well being a porting problem, but even if a broken port got fixed, that still wouldn't fix a greater issue.

The customer having no service means that something else is wrong. The service should already be working for data, outgoing calls, and outgoing text messages.

Given that the OP hasn't made an appearance for the past 3hrs., for all we know, maybe he/she does have service now, and since it's working, doesn't see any reason to come back to this thread.....

Yup, as @LovesToPM  mentioned, it's often the simple, often overlooked, phone restart that's the solution. Let us know if that helped, and if not, more details, as @zblackma  asked.

Please give us some more information. Did you activate your PM SIM? Place it into you phone and? What happened?
