Hi,
I have newly subscribed and paid. I opted for the eSim and when I did the activation process, it said that it did not work. Since then I've been stuck in a loop of trying to log into my new account, being sent a code by email, using that code and then being sent a new TEXT code to my phone, which I do not receive. And so I'm stuck. Please advise.
