We had a sim card stolen right after we paid for a plan, how can we change the plan over to the new sim card without having to pay for another plan. We just need to activate this new sim card. Please advise me as how we can do this.

You can suspend your phone then purchase a new sim and switch your phone# over to it.

Report phone lost/stolen.
Obtain new SIM card.
Use change SIM card process on self-serve when new SIM card arrives.

Log into self service and choose change SIM card.
Were you sim jacked? If yes, have you secured all your financials and contacted the PM moderators?
