I need to buy a SIM card. Our new address was changed on the credit card three days ago. The transaction didn't go through due to the wrong postal code from location. How do I complete my purchase?

I would suggest you cancel your order if you purchased the SIM from PM because it will take too long as noted by @softech .
I assume that your order was not completed if the payment is not authorized.
You can get a discounted price if you purchase from Canadian Cell Supplies online in Ontario.

You could purchase one from a local retailer.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/store-locator. Another option would to buy one from Amazon and sign up for Prime membership for faster delivery. If you are in the GTA, Canadian Cell Supplies.com offers them.

@Rob_Wall-Bc are you buying the SIM from PM website? you confirmed that CC wasn't charge?
if that is the case, I suggest you get the SIM from local kiosk or Amazon.ca. Buying from PM takes too long, 3 week for 4 for delivery
Amazon has it for $5 and 2 days delivery if you have Prime membership.
With local kiosk, they might give it out for you for free if you activate with them. Try Walmart/London Drugs/Loblaws
