i just opened an account today october 8 2025 with public mobile. i chose and paid for the $35 canada wide plan. now its saying that my plan expired today oct 8 2025 and i have to pay again. whats going on

Is your service working ? Did you use the PM app and got to Step 6 to finalize the activation??
