I am new to PM, is there more than one reward per year? Like the 2GB we get in december

There are about 1 PM Flash Sale every 1-2 months but it depends on the generosity of PM.

And I think one More is Merrier promo once a year.

You meant the bonus... hard to say.  Only one this year.

There was another year that everyone got 1GB promo (was it 2020 or 2019? )

Then there was couple years people in the western province got mid-year bonus, too.  But that was PM responding to freebies from Shaw's

So, bonus is bonus, it is good that it comes but don't have your expectation set too high

Public Mobile has reached out to targeted groups in the past with special Minutes and/or Data freebies (other the the xmas ones).

So make sure you do not block any Public Mobile texts/contacts on your phone. I would suggest not to unsubscribe to any Telus/Public Mobile emails either, just in case, you may miss something.

Also, keep checking in on the Community (here) in the Announcements or other posts. Often members will share if they received any or check to make sure the promos are valid.
